Thank you for choosing Reedy Branch Equipment Company LLC! We’re excited to help you find the right trailer or equipment to fit your needs. To ensure a smooth process, please take a moment to review our return policy below:

A NONREFUNDABLE deposit is required before building a trailer or to reserve a trailer or piece of equipment. The remaining balance for your trailer / equipment is due at the time of PICK UP and/or before delivery.

Payment options include cashier’s check, cash, ACH, or wire transfer. Any other payment method must be approved by the seller. Credit cards are only accepted for in stock trailers with a 3.5% convenience fee. The cardholder must be present at pickup with proper ID. Name on invoice must match the cardholder name. All sales are final. Reedy Branch Equipment Co LLC reserves the right to repossess the trailer / equipment if any payments are reversed/cancelled for any reason.

If the purchaser cancels an order the deposit placed on the trailer/equipment is nonrefundable.
Any drawings, sketches, estimates, photos, or other materials we provide remain the exclusive property of Reedy Branch Equipment Company LLC.

Trailers/equipment not picked up from the seller within the time frame provided by the sales representative will be charged an applicable $100 weekly storage fee and the trailer or equipment will be returned to inventory and deposit retained. If the building process has to start again, new prices will be negotiated at current prices.
 
As a dealer, Reedy Branch Equipment Company LLC, located at 522 Georgia Pacific Lane, Pearson, GA 31642, does not manufacture the equipment, so all warranties come directly from the manufacturer. We do not provide warranties on the trailer / equipment themselves, but we’re here to help guide you to the manufacturer for any warranty-related questions.

We strive to give you the best estimates for build and delivery time frames, but please note that these are estimates and may change due to unforeseen circumstances.

We want you to love your trailer, but please note that we cannot accept returns on trailers, and all sales are final. If you suspect a defect, please reach out to your trailer manufacturer within the warranty period for assistance.

At Reedy Branch Equipment Company LLC, we reserve the right to update pricing, colors, materials, equipment, specifications, or models, and to discontinue models without prior notice. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to serving you!
