I chose Reedy for a 6x14 SA Cargo Trailer to convert into a camper. They were fabulous to work with!! The sale rep (Michael) was a jewel. He maintained composure and patience with all my ignorance and changing of my mind as well as not understanding a lot. Amazing experience! From the initial phone call with Michael and his courtesy and complete answers to the pickup it was perfect. Called and Michael was very helpful, knowledgable and answered every question with patience and completeness. We traveled over 3 hours to pickup the enclosed trailer and the process was seamless. I worked with Pat for a custom order/build. A few phone calls and a few emails they were able to put together our requested accessories on the trailer and was built in a rather quickly. (about 7 business days...) When I picked up the trailer at the factory the entire staff was very professional in spite of being overwhelmed by lots of other customers arriving at the same time. The entire process of inquiring, ordering and picking up our trailer was very painless. UPDATED 9-7-21...  Having had this for over a year now it has become evident of what looked like a rush assembly process? I have discovered and corrected the poor job of sealing most of the outer seals. I have had to do about 30% resealing, so far... And for broken off screws and had to repair about a dozen missing/broke outer panel screws.... Look closely when you take delivery.... ***09/10/2024***: this last summer has been the year of loosing wall panel screws. Screws are popping out while traveling down the road. I can't say enough good things about this company. I researched trailers forever before finding a company that I felt I could trust. The customer service and communication was fantastic. Even though I'm in another state, Lee Ann and co helped me build a custom trailer and deliver it in time to meet my deadline. In fact, it was early! She offered advice on some upgrades like my polycore sides and LED lights.
